Youth Mind Training builds the basis for forming healthy self-identity and pursuing self-actualization.
In psychological interactions, people express their thoughts and emotions mostly activating the unconscious, and their counterparties perceive what is being expressed
mostly activating the conscious thinking that the expressions are all consciously intended. People usually remember what others have expressed but don't remember what
they have expressed, which is usually the major cause of most relational conflicts.
The difference in thought standards of individuals and the error of psychological interactions occur in all human relationships. Relationships they have no conflicts may
indicate that either parties involved don't have their own thought standards, or one party does everything as he or she pleases. It is highly likely that others are suffering if
you feel that everything if fine for you. Human beings cannot but interact psychologically in relationships. Of course, you don't have to interact with other people if you live
all by yourself in a deep forest or a desert island. All you need is to survive as a living creature in that situation. However, anyone who is living in a society, however small
it is, necessarily interacts with other people psychologically and necessarily develops conflicts in human relationships.
Conflicts are to occur in all human relationships. Teenagers are to have conflicts in relationships with parents, siblings, friends, and teachers. It is important for both
adults and teenagers to accurately understand the operational mechanism of human mind and psychology to minimize the adverse effects of conflicts and wisely address
conflicts situations. It is also important to understand that children go through phases of psychological development. Children up to the age 5 are in the phase of survival,
children from 5 to 12 in the phase of adaptation to relationships, and children from 12 to 19 are in the phase of formation of self-identity. Teenagers are still in the
process of forming self-identity through trials and errors, so they should not be held responsibility for their actions as adults should.
