Youth Mind Training builds the basis for forming healthy self-identity and pursuing self-actualization.
Depression occurs in girls when wounds keep being activated but the unconscious cannot treat wounds adequately and block the memory of emotion. The treatment of depression can
be effective when the unconscious is activated and treat wounds in mimind. Wounds can be treated when they accurately understand the operational mechanism of human mind and
psychology. They should understand who wounds are generated and why behaviors of theirs and others may be perceived as stress and wounds.
Teenager girls generate wounds when they cannot understand exactly what is going on.
“Mom, I can't find my favorite shirt.”
“I threw it away.”
“Why did you throw it away without even asking me?”
“You looked so untidy in that shirt.”
“Why should I wear clothes as you want not as I want?"
The girls gets angry and demands for mother's explanation, but she doesn't get any reasonable explanation from her mother, which makes her feel even worse. All females accommodate
stress and accumulate them as wounds in their mimind. She may have less wounds if her mother explains about the situation so that the girl can understand from her own point of view.
As such situations are repeated and wounds are accumulated, the girl may enter the state of depression eventually. Then, she may begin to seek attention and consolation form other
people than her parents.
Some teenage girls may look happy and cheerful outside, but she may feel depressed when they are alone. Then, their condition may be neglected being perceived as a happy girl by
other people. When they understand the operational mechanism of human mind and psychology, they can treat their wounds in the right way.
