Youth Mind Training builds the basis for forming healthy self-identity and pursuing self-actualization.
There are two types of conflicts that teenagers experience. One is conflicts they experience in the process of forming self-identity under the protection of parents
at home and teachers at school. The other is conflicts they experience when they leave home and school and pursue self-actualization like adults. Teenagers who
experience diverse conflict situations after leaving home and school and while pursuing self-actualization on their own cannot but develop stress and wounds in mimind
and suffer from psychological problems. They are different from adults who are pursuing self-actualization since they have not formed their own thought standards
and self-identity yet and not developed the ability to deal with stress and wounds adequately. It is as if they were fighting in a war without any weapon. Their chance of
survival is low and they are easily exposed to crime situations. Teenagers who have left home and school must be guided to return to home and school and must be
properly protected by the society. They must be accurately informed about what they are going through and why they are suffering. They must also learn how to
address and resolve conflicts and be guided to go back to home and school. Adults must actively take the responsibility of helping teenagers build healthy thought
standards and healthy self-identity.
